How to launch Public Boards
Step-by-step instructions on creating QR collections, adding boards, and collecting reports with Public Boards.
Step 1
Register for an admin account
Sign up with your email to get access to the admin dashboard. All boards you create will live under this account.
Step 2
Create your first QR collection
Collections help you group boards for a team, client, or project. Examples: ‘Apartments Tower A’, ‘Summer Festival 2025’, ‘Downtown Cafés’, ‘University campus’, or ‘Live concert’.
Step 3
Add boards inside the collection
Boards represent the specific spot where people will scan. Examples include ‘Lobby elevator’, ‘Main stage feedback’, ‘Checkout counter #2’, or ‘Gym entry’. Toggle public/private if you want submissions hidden from other visitors.
Step 4
Download the QR SVG and place it anywhere
Each board has a unique QR and URL link. Download the SVG and print it on posters, stickers, or display it on screens like tablets and TVs. You can also link directly from your website.
Step 5
Collect comments instantly
Visitors scan, leave comments, and can see other responses if the board is public. Private boards still accept submissions, but only admins can see the thread and manage comments.
