Anonymous feedback for groups and camps
After a camp, club activity or group project, people may have thoughts they did not share in person. A board gives them another way to contribute.
How to set it up
Create a board with a short explanation of what feedback you need, who will read it and how you plan to use it. Share the link with your group.
Prompts that give people a starting point
Example content
- What worked well?
- What should change next time?
- What made it hard to take part?
- What would you like the organisers to know?
Choose visibility before sharing
Use admin-only feedback when submissions should be read by organisers. A public board lets the group read and respond to messages. Explain the choice so participants know who can see their contribution.
Ask for useful detail
Invite concrete suggestions and explain when you will review them. You can post a summary of the changes you plan to make after reading the feedback.
Start with one feedback round
This setup is inspired by group feedback boards created on Public Boards. It describes an example workflow, rather than a measured customer result.
