How to set it up
Create a board for your team or location. Explain whose work people can recognise and place the QR code where visitors finish their experience.

Choose who sees the messages
Use a public wall to share appreciation with other visitors. Choose admin-only feedback if a manager should review messages privately. Ask contributors to avoid including someone else’s personal details.
Keep the invitation visible
Add a short invitation beside the QR code. Share the link with people who interact with the team remotely too.
